Tom,

I am grateful for having you in all of the Simon family's lives. You were part of our family, and always made us part of yours. We all have so many great memories from over the years. You always brightened up the room with your sincere welcomes, worldly advice, amazing stories and infectious laugh. There are so many Tom stories too many to pick just one. 

I always loved seeing you playing with Abi, Amy and Alex, they loved Grandpa Tom, your patience with them was amazing, especially as their favourite game when they were little was saying 'Grandpa Tom, close your eyes' and then proceeding to run across the room and jump on you! Kelly and I are both devastated that you won't get to be Grandpa Tom to our baby when they arrive. It was nice to know you were excited about it though.

Thank you for looking after mum and making her happy.
